CALL
Teaching with the help of technology is increasingly popularized in EFL learning and instruction in China. Bikowski (2018) indicated that through computer-assisted language learning (CALL), EFL teachers can adopt synchronous tools( online chatting, video conferencing, social media or other virtual learning environment) and asynchronous tools (discussion board, e-mails, blogs, or listservs) to give lessons in various ways, while students can get a variety of access to authentic English learning materials or tools (English dictionaries, bilingual dictionaries, translators, grammar checkers, rule handbooks, or concordances) and interesting activities (digital games, videos, audio e-books, and so on) whenever and wherever. The integration of technology will significantly influence the way teachers and students interact in grammar classes. As suggested by Colpaert (2004), teachers can adopt appropriate online tools to focus on learners’ needs and help them to collaborate through meaningful learning experience.
